What we do with what you tell us.

We collect what you type into a form on this site, and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Community signup: first name, last name, email, city, optionally your church or community, and which experiences you are drawn to.

Prayer requests: whatever you choose to write, plus a name and email only if you give them. Both are optional and the form works without them.

Serving and partnership forms: name, email, optional phone, and what you tell us about how you want to help.

A prayer request is read by the men who pray over it. It is not published on this site, posted to social media, put on a screen at a gathering, or shared outside that group.

It is also never sent to any analytics service, never placed in a web address, and never handled by a third-party tracking tool. If our own form fails to send, the page tells you so and keeps your text where it is rather than handing it to an email program.

Form submissions are emailed to us through Resend, our email provider, and arrive at hello@ironcitynights.com. If you join the community list, your name and email are also stored with Resend so we can email you about gatherings.

You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us and asking. We will remove you.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If we use analytics, it is a privacy-preserving service that measures page views in aggregate and does not follow you across the internet.

Registering for a gathering takes you to GetNetworked, which runs our events. What you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
