03 / About
A citywide brotherhood for men pursuing faith, discipline, purpose and genuine community.
The mission
Create rooms where men encounter God, build real brotherhood, and sharpen one another.
A man can have coworkers, gym friends, church acquaintances, business contacts, followers, and men he sees a few times a year — and still have almost nobody who actually knows him.
Iron City Nights exists to build the environments where that changes. Not a conference a man attends once. Rooms he keeps coming back to, with the same men, long enough for something real to form.
- Train together.
- Break bread together.
- Worship together.
- Do life together.
Who runs this

Ethan Cortazzo
Founder, Iron City Nights
Founder and CEO of GetNetworked
Ethan hosts every gathering. Registration runs through GetNetworked, which he founded — which is why showing up is two taps rather than a form and a wait.
What has already happened
Men have been meeting to train since August 2025. Every gathering below actually ran.

What we believe
Jesus is the point.
Iron City Nights is explicitly Christian. We are not going to hide that to make the room easier to market, because the thing that actually changes a man is not brotherhood on its own — it is Christ, worked out among brothers.
And you do not need to have it figured out to walk in. Men who are exploring faith, men rebuilding it after it broke, and men who have followed Jesus for thirty years are in the same room on purpose. Bring your questions. Nobody is going to corner you.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
The local church
We are not a replacement for your church.
Iron City creates additional environments where men build real relationships, encounter Jesus, and get more deeply rooted in Christian community. That is it.
If you are planted at a church, we want you more committed there, not less — serving there, giving there, known there. If you are not planted anywhere, tell us, and we will help you find a home. We would rather partner with pastors across this city than compete with them.
To be clear
This is not
- A networking organisation
- A gym
- A church
- A conference
- A business club
- A singles ministry

Beginning in Atlanta. Come as you are. Leave sharper.
Questions
Do I have to be a Christian to come?
No. Iron City Nights is unapologetically centred on Jesus, and you do not need to have anything figured out to walk in. Men who are exploring faith, men who are rebuilding it, and men who have followed Christ for decades are all in the same room on purpose.
I don't know anyone. Is that weird?
Most men come the first time knowing nobody. That is the normal way in, and every gathering is built so you are not left standing on the edge of it.
Do I need to be in shape for Iron Sharpens Iron?
No. The workout is scalable and nobody finishes alone. Come at whatever level you are at.
Is this a church?
No, and it is not trying to replace one. Iron City exists to create additional environments where men build real relationships and encounter Jesus. If you are planted at a church, we want you more rooted there, not less. If you are not, we would love to help you find one.
What does it cost?
It depends on the gathering, and it is always stated up front when you register. Nothing is priced to keep a man out — if cost is the reason you are not coming, email us.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do. Most men who show up came because another man asked them, and that is the way this is supposed to spread.
How do I register?
Every gathering is run through GetNetworked. When a night is on the calendar, the button on this site takes you straight to it.
The next step is showing up.
Or, if you want to help build the room — serve with us.
